This past Friday night my best friend Sosann had her engagement party.
The hall was very pretty, we were all dressed up really nice, and we had a blast.
Sosann asked me to wear an evening gown of sorts and it was a process trying to find one.
Originally I wasn't going to go the vintage route but midway through searching I realized that vintage was the way to go for me.
I love this dress, I love the color, and I especially love the Grecian feel it has.
I was going to wear it with the emerald jewelry, leaf belt, and leaf head band but it felt too costume-y so in the end I took off the head band.
As Coco Chanel once said "Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and remove one accessory."
I liked my end results.
Buying a suit for arnab was hard.
He already owned a make-shift suit, but the jacket and slacks were not an original suit pair.
While they did look good together he was open to buying a suit, if we could find one that fit him.
A few weeks ago we were at Macy's because arnab needed dress shoes and that's were we found his Bar III suit.If you're looking for a brand that makes suits that are for the slimmer man, Bar III is the brand to get.
The suit was the hardest part of arnab's outfit, the white shirt, shoes, tie were a breeze to pick out.
Thankfully men re-wear suits often so arnab won't need to shop for a black suit for awhile.
